This house was a rebuild looking for the sea in Ogmore. The original enquiry was about motorised blinds along the mid floor that was all glass. This developed into a full lighting control system including music, televisions to all rooms. A Control 4 lighting system was installed, music system and wall mounted televisions in all rooms that had freeview as well as 2 sky boxes and a DVD player connected to a matrix, allowing any TV to watch any of these sources. There were a mixture of motorised roller blinds, venetian and manual shear blinds with tracks sunken into the ceiling and wooden shutters in 2 Apex windows.
