We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Hinchly’s Ltd. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Faulty during the Warranty Period
Some manufacturers offer extended warranty promotions beyond this period for which the customer is in most cases required to register. If any of your purchases develop a fault within the warranty period please contact us on 029 20371010 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall arrange for an engineer visit for repair of your item, or in cases within 28 days of purchase, exchange your item for a new replacement. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. If in doubt, please contact us for further help regarding your warranty claim.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 working days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received back to us, we’ll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method..
We reserve the right to charge for any missing accessories.
You must send the goods back yourself and bear that cost yourself. (You should make sure that you have sufficient insurance to cover the goods that you are sending)
